any sugestion, everyday put ice on the shoulder, and took some painkillers, but i know that´s not the solution.  |

yes, i know that the americans visit a doctor for all . but here in CR.
we didn´t. i work in a hopital, i have ask some friends they sugest Ultrasound , but somedays my pain relief alone, iwas thinking if my bed have something to see with it, probably. today i decide to buy a a new orthopedic ........colchon....sorry i donñt know to spell in english. see ya! |

It could be your bed bro or could you be sleeping on it wrong? That happens with my neck sometimes. Hope that helps
