effective dosage

How much dbol should I be taking. 205 lbs. 6 1. Currently at 30 mg week no substanial gains.

We need more information. Cycle history etc.

First cycle of dbol and first cycle of test enanthate. test is on 10th week. And has been at 250 mg or 1cc twice a week. Just increased test too 375 mg a shot 1.5 cc twice a week.
