Help out a skinny newb
Hi,
I'm 23 and have been struggling from severe weight-gain problems my entire life. I am finally considering doing my first cycle so that I can gain a good 15+ pounds. I am looking for a very MODERATE gain that I can do SAFELY(relatively speaking). I currently only weigh around 125 (yeah I know), so I'm assuming it shouldn't take much to reach my modest goal. Please take into consideration that I'm not looking to get huge, just tired of getting shit from my buddies for circumstances that are beyond my control. My initial idea is a 6 week cycle with a 2-1 test to deca ratio. Taking into account my goal/small size, what kind of dose should I be looking at? Is there any reason I shouldn't do it? I like the idea of stacking deca with test to prevent the dreaded deca-dick. Obviously I'm not planning on taking steroids regularly; I'm just trying to get to a good size and weight and maintain. Thanks for you help - J |

The best advice i can give is to not forget your PCT chems, Most newbies forget about that part.

how tall are you? how long have you been lifting? what is your current caloric intake per day? not estimated but actual. written down and counted out and everything. Im betting your thinking you eat more calories per day than you really do. if you write it down and track it for a week or more you will learn a lot about your current anabolic needs

Adding to this, if you can't gain weight without AAS, what makes you so sure you will WITH AAS?
Where exactly do you think the weight-gain is going to come from - the few ounces of chemical your cycle will comprise, or the extra calories you will have to consume? Listen, I'm not anti-AAS. You just need to get some prep work done with your diet before you begin. Do you know how many calories you eat every day at the moment? If not, please enter a typical day here and post up the macros - that's the total calories, plus grams of protein, carb and fat. We'll start there. |

I agree with built & bio.
even if you did manage to gain with AAS, you'd lose it anyway... you gotta eat... then eat some more. I've seen a ton of guys drop $1000 on gear and then swear it must have been fake, simply because they don't eat enough. I should go take a pic of a co worker of mine... you'd never even believe the guy trains, let alone tried juice... but, I digress. |
