Hey i'm new on here and i'm new 2 steroids but i'm starting a course next week.
I'm starting on 1ml of deca and 2ml of sust twice a wekk does that sound about right?
I appreciate ur oppinions and help.

there is no way anyone can know if that is 'right' without you providing us with your age, weight, height, training experience, diet.
not to mention how many mg's of each compound you are injecting.

Milliliters are volume of substance - that doesn't tell anyone how much drug is in there. I would presume that means you are doing a gram of testosterone a week and anywhere from 200-600mg of deca a week.

That is a lot of testosterone unless you are perhaps a decently in shape 260+ pounds/120 kilo.
