question about PCT

So after ALOT of research on various sites, i think i have finally decided to start a cycle of test cyp 400mg for about 8 weeks. If figured if gyno happens to show up ill either use proviron or nolva. But for pct I still am uncertain, it seems like everyone says something different. I would prefer to stay away from clomid esp bc of the vision problems it can cause. So i thought about doing 40-50mg of nolva for the first week then go down to 20mg for the rest. Is the sufficient, should i add? and also how long should pct be?

here are my stats
1) 23
2) 6' 0", 192lb, 15% bf
3) been training consistently for about a two years
4) this would be my first cycle
5) 4 days a week, split body routine...and i consume about 3,000-3,500 cals a day, all clean food
6) i hope to get bigger and stronger!

I would start one week after your last shot and do that dose for no less than two weeks before going down to 20.

With Test Cyp - your PCT should definitely begin 1 week following your last injection.

Wk Nolvadex HCG Aromasin Vitamin E
1 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day 1,000iu/day
2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day 1,000iu/day
3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day 1,000iu/day
4 20mgs/day - 20mgs/day -

Thanks guys! But is it really necessary for me to take HCG on a cycle thats only going to be about 6-8 weeks?

IMO you'd probably be fine without it.

Depending on age, you can bounce back pretty well from test only cycles with just nolva. At your age, just nolva should be fine.

you'd probably be fine without the HCG, but use nolva and you could definitely grab aromasin, always good on PCT.
