    15 year old

    Im 15 years old at started lifting in february and started at 142 and now weigh 160.

    i go to koloseum gym in fullerton,ca owned by former ifbb pro milos sarcev.

    I do all lifts right none of the bullshit and doit wrong.'

    right now i am currently taking the aupplements my gym makes

    amino preload before workout
    amino xxpload during workout
    and amino reload after workout

    which all contain creatine,glutamine,amino acids

    is their any other supplements besides that and protein that wont fuck me up because i am only 15. i want to take tren which my 27 yr old brother is taking and he is getting BIG results. but he says itll fuck me up cause my age



    what else can i take!!!!!!!!!!?

    Tren is a pretty hard steroid, thats not a legal over the counter.

    good nights sleep, shitload of cals, solid protien sources is all you need at 15, tren shouldnt even cross ur mind at ur age

    Please stay away from anabolics until you reach 20 at least. Just my 2 cents. Or stay away completely its not for the faint of heart.

    Anyways to the poster of this thread, first off I'm jealous, sounds like you train at a great gym and get to see a lot of motivation around you. My advice to you is just wait, keep doing what your doing, the gains will come. I know it's tempting with all that around you and the urge to just do it, but if you wait until at least you are naturally full grown you will be happier with what you will achieve.
