10% concentration transdermal test will have 100mg per 1000mg (basically a ml) of cream. Your doctor prescribed 30g - one month's worth.
You will be applying this topically, and pharmacokinetic data on Androgel (a commercial transdermal 10% testosterone formulation) suggest 10% of the active will be absorbed systemically. This means you will absorb 10mg out of your 100mg dose.

In your case, systemic testosterone will be increased by 200mg + 10x7mg = 270mg per week, more or less.
If you haven't picked it up yet, I recommend Versabase, and have them load the cream into a large syringe, so you can load 1cc syringes for ease of measurement/dosing.
Have you picked it up yet?
