Talking Old Fat Lineman Needs some help??!!!!

I am a 36 yr old ex Div 1 offensive lineman. I am 6'6 and weigh 280 lbs. I have not lifted much since I quit football. I jog quit often but nothing to serious. My body fat is leaning toward 30%. I would like to do atleast 1 cycle of winstrol. How long do I need to exercise(weights and cardio)and diet before I can do a cycle? I also wanted to know a good place to learn about good workouts and nutritional facts. Sorry for all the questions but when I used to workout every part of that workout was given to me.

why winstrol?

read posts and blogs on here for people's diets and workouts if you need help finding ideas of what might work for you. Its all about finding what works for your body. Nobody can tell you what to do and it will be fool proof.

last but not least I would highly recommend you get your bodyfat to 15% or less before even touching steroids of any kind.

Winstrol, Ive read is used for running athletes and body builders when they are trying to get cut. I also read that it had less effect on blood pressure and in injection form not too hard on the liver. I really had planned on increasing my cardio to 45 mins a day, and circuit train 3 times a week for 6 weeks. Once I get my body fat down would a routine like that mixed with winstrol get me really ripped or would i be wasting $$$$? I really dont want to pack on mass until i shed some fat. Not hard to see I am not real informative about this stuff so I appreciate your response.

At that bf% steriods could be very dangerous for you I agree get it down to about 15% and then think about it. I wish you the best bro

Usually people with a high %bf will be at risk for gyno with steriods that aromatize. The greatest harm from Winstrol is the bad blood lipid levels that you will get. It will make your HDL tank and LDL skyrocket.

ok, if youre gonna get your BF down to 15, why not just keep doing what you were doing to get it down lower instead of using gear? To each his/her own but I see so many people that risk it, finish a cycle and still look bland. I just dont get it. I guess they usually don't know what they are doing either. There are so many people on this forum that could help you with a diet. Good luck.

Thanks for the imput!!! I have never been dead set on juicin but I would to look like, well you know those guys in the mags. I will give the diet, running and circuit 12 weeks and see where that puts me. Is there something I can take(legal) that could help loose some LBs???

not trying to be an ass but looking like the guys in those mags is something that is not likely to happen. Remember that looking like that is their job, I am not saying you can't look good but it takes many years of training to look like that.

Gyno is a side effect of roids. aka bitch tits
pct is (POST CYCLE THERAPY)

research both and learn more while you reduce you BF down. In time as you lower your BF you will know more and what is right for you and how to do it safely.

Clean food, lower calories, and a good lifting/cardio plan.

Anything you take is going to be harder on your body while holding that much fat. You will have more side effects too.

If you eat and workout correctly and do not cheat on the diet or skip workouts often you will see a dramatic change. When you are 30% BF you have the ability to drop loads of that quickly. Most people have to be active very little and care very little about what they eat (and drinking i.e booze) to get way out of shape...so when they eat correctly and stick to the gym they drop most of their bad weight in a short period of time.
