    First Cycle. Questions..

I am considering my first cycle. I come from a family of bodybuilders and have been lifting for 5 years. Im 19, 6 foot 3 and 200 pounds. At age 16 i weighed 155 pounds. Im a fairly easy gainer.

I have messed around with all sorts of creatines, DHEA and pretty much every other commercial supplement out there. I feel I am ready to step it up.

I will admit i havent done TOO much research aside from the basics and side effects (That is how i ended up here). To start out i wanted to run 200 mg of strait test twice a week for 10 weeks.

My diet is great and i lift 5 days a week. I have no issues monitoring protein/carbs/cals. I have easy access to steroids through family. They will guide me through everything and teach me what i need to know but i wanted some advice from people who maybe werent so pro-steroids. A few people in my family currently compete so obviously you know their stance on the issue.

Any advice or info is greatly appreciated.

    Reasons for you to rethink:

    1. your 19, too young to take steriods, ive read some stories about damaging effects to the endocrine system after teen steriod use

    2. your 200lbs at 6' 3'' therefore you have no need to use steriods, im assuming you have, at the very least, reasonable genetics coming from a family of bodybuilders, so i would bet that you could put on another 40-50lbs before you came close to your natural peak

You say your diet and training are in order, so if you are eating above maintenance cals. you should be gaining weight/muscle. why do you see the need for steriods?

I bet you would get great results from a powerful over-the-counter aromatase inhibitor, as long as it doesn't suppress your estrogen TOO LOW.

Check out Anabolicx.com...... when I was your age I used Mass FX, Hyperdrol X2 and Lean FX and in 4 weeks I put on 5lbs of muscle and dropped 5lbs of fat. It is the most effective all-natural products that I have ever used, and the gains can be comparable to prohormone gains, at least in my experience. I have done 2-3 cycles of this all natural stack. And best of all, no PCT required! You can run this stack for 8-12 weeks too! Some people reported 12-15lbs of lean muscle mass in 12 weeks. Not bad for an all natural product ?????

But I would buy it from Nutraplanet.com, not AX's website.

I don't even recommend an aromatse inhibitor. Hormones are not limiting your rate of progress. If any of your family that competes does so naturally, learn from him first. Once you have applied his skills successfully for a few years, then consider gear. Ultimately, this will get you beyond the natural state and many of the geared up bodybuilders who never perfected the basics before relying on steroids to get them where they are now likely stuck.

Nobody in my family is natural. Yeah, obviously they were at one point but none compete naturally now.

Ive hit a bit of a plateau in my training, i miss the days where id notice gains after every workout. Cals are up but progress has slowed. This is the main reason driving this thought. That, curiosity and the desire to get HYUGE, ha.

Pretend im not 19 for a second. What advice would you give me regarding the amount of test and how often i inject? I will keep anti-estrogen on hand, but will only use if necessary. What can i expect in terms of weight gain? (Fully aware this changes greatly from person to person and with diet etc. But just a general idea.) Im 6'3, 200 pounds with about 11 % BF.

you just completely ignored my post. im am not the person to talk to you about steriods as i dont know enough about them, (though i am trying to learn, for some years down the line) but you are no where near at the stage to use such products. i had a similar question to you when i joined the board, and i got the same responses. i even said to forget my age, just like you have.

eventually i saw sense, and in the preceding months i have learnt so much and realised the mistake i was about to make. at 6' 3'' 19y.o. and 200lbs you have not plateaued unless your genetics are poor. head over the the training and D&N forums and ask a few questions before you consider this. i think you will find some advice that will increase you gains without steriods.

Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

Yor body at that age is probably already producing almost 200mg of Test each week anyways. It would be a waste. If you are set on a cycle, at lest run a minimum of 500mg a week bro. Trust me.

You should wait a couple more years though and get to your peak.

    ^^^ Listen to him!!!

If you're not making gains now, you're just not eating enough. If you can't make gains now - you're not going to on juice. I know it sounds too simple, but you have to eat if you want to grow.
