user, glad to hear that... any suggestions on minimalizing water retention during this cycle? 8 months ago i was at 14% bf.... a few weeks ago i was a little over 10% b/f now im down to just under 8% ... im loving the flat ripped abdominal section and would hate to lose it after my hard cutting diet.

As I understand the natural production of testosterone in the healthy male body is roughly 6mg/day...
250mg/wk?? Will that be useless?? It SEEMS as tho it is a signifanct enough amount higher then a rough natural prodution.. With that being said, am I ignorant to think I could yield positive results from a lighter dosage?
I have read that many find such a small dose pointless/waste of time and money...
But,
Is 6-10lbs mass with little to no water retention a respectable expectation with such a small dose?? (Summer is almost here, lol)

Interesting. This article suggests it's about 20-30mg per day (2-3mg per day for a female).
Testosterone
This translates to 140-210 mg per week for a man. A 250mg per week cycle is just barely over HRT levels - my buddy takes 200mg per week for his HRT (he's sixty). I take 2g of 1% testosterone transdermal daily, providing 20mg of testosterone to my skin and about 2mg to my system (about 10% is absorbed). This puts me at the high end of normal.

I did a search regarding and I think I read what I said on sum doctor website or sumthing, I am sticking to 4000mgs x 10wks broken down to 250mg every 4day and 5day (roughly 400mg/wk) please correct me if I'm wrong...

i dont exactly know either, ive done more research and have seem a few different amounts... the average of my research seems to be between 5-15mg/day (with teens obviously being the higher amount)

i dont know if any of this articles are accurate but with that being said i do feel that 250mg/wk should yield atleast some sort of reasonable result...
so anyway my pins are 1.5 inch 21g, any suggestions on where to shoot? i was considering this: right glute, left glute, right thigh, left thigh... ??
she does lift, but not for comp or anything, she is an athlete, so running/sprint trainging are her main techniques, ill let her know u said gracious...

if they are from amps try not to touch the bottom glass , you will dull the tip, making infections easier , and increasing the pain of the injection

well, first 250 was today... no pain, no irritation, no blood whatsoever!!!!
hope it did it correct!
this is what i felt:
thigh..... slide in easy about 1/2 inch then a lil resistance... then had to push a lil harder, felt as if it popped through something(hoping that was the muscle) started shaking, lol! gently pressed through 1ml
lemme know if this sounds right!!!
btw i asperated and a lil air bubble came threw... no blood not even after i pulled it out
The shaking will go away! Remember to clean with alcohol!

i did clean with alchohol before and after inject... i didnt change pins tho, i used a 20g 1 inch for draw and inject.. it was my very first time, lol.. soo, a lil extrad oil came out the tip when i was gettin the air out of the syringe... interestingly enough, i wasnt shaking at all until it popped threw the second thing(muscle i think...) - the skin and fat was easy as fuck... didnt feel shit
-is the lil air bubble normal when aspriating?
-is the lil "pop" im talkin about the muscle?
-oh and btw, no bruising or redness today, just a lil sore when rubbing on it
face feels a lil oily today, dunno if its aas, my nerves, or the weather! lol

well its only day three, and obviously i havent seen results yet... but i am starting to get "morning wood" again which i havent since i was a teen... dunno if its aas or me just having good dreams lol... well hope to hear from yous!

You won't see results in only a couple days lol, be patience buddy. That's key and alot of people give up for this reason and lack of motivation. Keep it up man.

Update**
up 3 pounds, vascularity seems to have come overnight (arms, groin, lower abs, shoulders.. all showing more vascularity) had body fat done saturday, holding steady at just under 8%... havent seen much in strength increase yet.. workouts are gettin more intense, No more lethargic feeling.
got one zit behind my ear (odd) lol, no signs of gyno, no hair loss, and the boys are the same size. libido is definitely lifted, still getting random erections... although im not feeling the libido increase that many have talked about...
again i am going to update atleast weekly to share my experience with you all...
