Post your diet so we know what youre talking about. 10 weeks is too short for this cycle IMO. I dont know much about HCG but from what I understand you should start it from the beggining when you pin than stop when you start PCT.
OK here's the question, I am looking to do another cycle, I am pron to gyno so here's what I was thinking of doing
Test enanthante or cypionate at 500 mg per week
Equipoise @ 300 mg per week
Proviron @ 100 mg per week
This would be run for 10 weeks I will have nolvadex on hand just in case and will take it as follows after the cycle for PCT 40 mg per day for 14 days then 20 mg per day for 14 days,
I may also run HCG @ 1500 iu per week for 4 weeks starting on Week 10.
Background, I weigh in at about 170 lbs at about 5 10, I have been lifting for a while but only got back in it regulary for about 3 or 4 years, this will be my 2nd cycle in the 4 years but I did go through 2 bottles of m1t as well in that 4 years, and I am 32 years old. As far as diet is concerned my died isn't great but isn't bad eather, I have a very hard time gaining weight (both fat and muscle), but can loose it (both muscle and fat) very fast.

your cycle is great,just up eq(boldenone) to 500-600mg a week...all rest is great!
actually there are a few things that I would change...
- proviron dosage (I think you meant 100mg per day anyway.)
- HCG is best used during the cycle. there are better pct alternatives out there.
- lastly, you should definately be at the point where you understand how to manipulate your diet in order to GAIN muscle without the use of AS before you decide to take that route.


Start HCG week 2, use 500iu E5D.
Run more EQ, at least 500mg ew.
Start PCT 2 weeks after last shot.
Run it longer, at least 12 weeks IMHO.
Proviron....you said 100mg per week. I think you meant per day. Start with 50mg ed, if you think you need more, go up to 100mg ed at most.

Yep made a mistake on the proviron it is 100 mg per day, I take in about 3500 cals with about 160g of protein, Like I said though I can take in as much cal's or protein as I want I do not gain weight that easy. Most people would love to have a fast metabolism that I have. I will also up everything to 12 weeks as suggested Also just wondering how long after I run this cycle could I run a a cutting/harding cycle. Such as winny. I have never done a cutting cycle.
Just a side I did go to the doc, told him what I was planing, he sent me for a battery of blood work and everything came back perfect.
