This is the beginning of week four and so far i have put on 15 lbs and my strength has shot up dramatically.
Enjoy it while it lasts. Within 2 months past completion of your cycle you will deflate back to your 6'2 140 pound physique.
I will just have to find out i think if i keep working hard i will not lose the added weight. i guess we will just have to see
If you do not how to add muscle mass naturally then you will not be able sustain any gains you made from any cycle.
This is why inexperienced boys like yourself have no business messing with steroids, you do not understand how the human body works.

Thread closed. trontron, the fellas here tried to help you. There's no such thing as a fast metabolism - unless you have a thyroid disorder. There is of course, such a thing as an underactive appetite. That's what you have - you're gaining weight because the AAS are increasing your appetite, and you're eating more. When you go off cycle, your appetite will drop and you'll lose what you gained unless you make a point of stuffing yourself when you don't feel like eating. I strongly encourage you to monitor your intake on FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal - it's not about how much protein you consume, it's the calories. Look there and you'll see how to keep your gains. Omit this step and you'll disappear.
You've been such an arrogant little tool I seriously don't give a shit what happens to YOU. I'm posting this for the next skinny fool who thinks there's twenty pounds in a few ampules of oil.
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.
Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.
