I am 22 years old 6'2 and 140 pounds. Come monday i will be starting a Deca and Dbol cycle (10 mg pills twice a day) and i was just trying to get some opinions on that. This is also my first cycle and i am really just trying to put on some weight.

yes i actually eat alot and have a good diet its just a fast metabolism and i can only put on like 10 pounds no matter what i do that is why im turning to this....
If you want legit advice you're going to have to post your diet and training routine... in detail.

You just have to be willing to open your mind and make the necessary changes.
You do realize if you can't gain weight by eating and training you won't gain by taking AAS!
You have a lot to learn before you make this step. Learn how to eat. Learn how to train. Learn how to eat again.
After a few years of this then you can think about making the jump.

I take 3 protein shakes a day Morning after training and night. I have give or take 4 to 5 cups or oats. I eat apples with lots or peanut butter. A burrito around 2:30. Also eat about 2-3 cans of tuna. 2 Chicken breasts for dinner and eat snacks in between meals and a couple sandwiches. There is other food but it changes because i go to college and live in dorms so i eat depending what THEY are serving so its a little tough.
I DO TAKE ADVISE BUT IF YOU JUST BEING A SMART ASS OR A JERK DONT EVEN POST A REPLY HERE BECAUSE IM NOT GOING TO LISTEN. IM LOOKING FOR REAL AND SERIOUS ADVISE. THANKS
Monday--- Chest Biceps
Tuesday-- Back Triceps abs
Wednesday --- Break
Thursday---Shoulders Lats abs
Friday--- Legs
Saturday--- Break
Sunday--- Little cardio
I do change up my routine from dumbbells to machines and different types of workouts.
And i have a buddy that recommended this to me his friend gained 30 pounds on the cycle im planning on doing
here are a couple of suggestions...
1. track what you eat in here (fitday.com)
---this will give you a more detailed description of your diet. When bulking you probably want to go for 20-25x your bodyweight in total calories. and and 2g of protein per pound of body weight. Whether you cycle or not, if you want to bulk up this is a NECESSITY.
2. that is not very much detail as far as your routine goes. And to be honest it is not very well thought out. It is a common mistake but you should think about grouping your lifts in catergories. pushing one day, pulling the next, then lower body. right now you are all over the place. you have chest (pushing) with biceps (pulling). that means you are working your back and biceps two days in a row. (when you do biceps you are working your back an vice versa)
3. as for your cycle... sorry but it sux too. just being honest. but i can help you with that too.

i was really thinking about taking test prop or test E with dbol but someone i know said i should do deca a dbol instead because it would give me better results with fewer side effects. he has done numerous cycles and has big results that is why i am thinking of that cycle. When i get on the cycle i am going to add more calories also


Its been said already, but if you aren't gaining without steroids you won't gain with steroids - or keep what little you do gain afterwards.
The problem lies not with your lack of anabolics, but somewhere in your diet or training.

Advice is all good if it is given in the right manner. and i didnt start this forum NOT to listen to people but as i already said there is a right and wrong way of saying things. And i will try different things and ill post up my results. Hopefully they are good ones
despite everything today i started test E and dbol cycle. 500 ml of Test E per week (250 monday morning and 250 thursday night) and 30mg o dbol a day. I am around one and a half hour a day. i have pin pointed 2 muscle groups a day to work on with alternating exercises. I have also significantly increased my protein and calorie intake.
