you may want to hold off until you can run something alongside of it.
winny is rough on the joints and can shut you down pretty good. (PCT is without a doubt a necessity here)
If you insist on running it alone (imo its not a good idea) you could probably see some results (hardness and stregth) at one tab per day (a.m. is ideal) but its not worth the risk of potential injury.
get some test to run with it... It will be worth it.
