New questions about HGH (more prepared)

This is targeted for built hoping she will give me some some wise and beneficial feedback as well as anyone else who would like to help me out.

I read the link sent by built and am very familiar with important dieting. I am currently 6'0 195 lbs and run and lift weights as well as stay active on a regular basis. I try to intake 200-250 gm of protein daily as well as eat 4-5 meals. As much as I exercise I cant seem to get the "ripped" look I'd like to have. Like everyone else I am looking for that edge.

Its easy to come to conclusions about my interest to take GH and say its nothing hardwork and dedication wont fix. However I work my ass off daily and am looking for something a little more powerful.

The GH is Genotropin. Everything I researched only praises GH and it seems to have endless benefits. I just wanna make sure I research the "fineprint" so I do not make a mistake. If I was taking GH for only three months I was wondering if there are any serious risks for such short term use. I'd also like someone's perspective on what the GH does to your body. Will you get much bigger? please help. Thanks

Honestly, I have never used GH. I've only used over the counter supps and the HRT I'm on through my doctor.

My understanding of GH is that it is a "many months" sort of thing. How much were you thinking of running, and for how long?

GH is used for many different purposes. Some use it to cut, some use it to bulk, some use it for it's anti-aging effects, etc. Will you get much bigger? Depends on how you use it, and how much you use.

You will not see much in 3 months time, it's usually run for 6+ months. I don't believe you will have any serious risks using it for 3 months.

If you are looking to cut and tone, it's best suggested to use it ED or EOD someplace around 3-4 iu. The older you are, the less you need.

If you are looking for mass, you want to run 6+ iu ED or EOD.

You said you are looking for something a bit more powerful, the next step would be to combine GH with insulin and test. Some just add a little T3 instead. There you will see a drastic difference but you will be playing with fire if you decide to use insulin. You need to do several weeks or possibly months of research before toying with insulin because one little slip up can cause permanent damage and possibly death.

If you are not competing, I'd advise against it and use GH and test and possibly some T3/clen.

As for that ripped look you are after, it could be your diet or incorrect workouts.

4 i.u perday for 3 months. I know it isnt going to turn me into an overnight monster, I am hoping it will help with overall strength and performance. Personally I am an athlete looking for the competetive edge.

Mostly you'll get improved recovery and leanness from GH. You really can't expect size - that comes from food, AAS and training.

3 months is a waste of $$, IMHO. And like built said, it's one of those "many month" type programs.

Thank you, thats very informative. As far as the diet goes, I am constantly trying to gain weight because of the wear and tear of the season. I know you have to gain weight to get bigger and then try and cut up to keep more muscle and lose fat. Basically the 2 steps foward 1 step back technique. Any tips?

First bulk, time off, later cut. Repeat.

If you are looking for more weight, increase your caloric intake. GH will not really help with weight unless you are using it with AAS and have adequate amount of calories running through you every day. Basically, eat like a horse. Stick to lean meats and good carbs. It's possible to add 20 lbs of lbm in a 10 week time frame.
