    TBOL PCT - Dropping weight

    Hi guys,

    Hope everyone is doing alright?

Just finished an 8 week 80mg/p day Tbol cycle and seen some great gains. Went from 214.2lbs to 231lbs and have kept my cycle as clean as possible both throughout the cycle and now during my PCT. If anything I've upped my protein this last week.

However, even though I'm only a week in to my PCT I've already dropped back down to 217lbs. I'd read that you held most of your Tbol gains. I'm guessing a lot of this is water as I'm going to the loo far more but I don't understand why it's dropped off so fast. It's so bad I'm even getting comments from people about losing weight and size.

My PCT has been using Nolva at 80mg the first day and 60mg up till this point. Any advice anyone has would be really appreciated as I'm worried I'm going to lose the last 8 weeks of work.

    Thanks

    Win Huge

Have you adjusted your training? Like lowered the volume a bit? over training is very easy at this point. Sounds like maybe you got shutdown pretty hard or something, not 100% sure here....

That's too much weight to come just from water loss. When did you weight yourself last?
