    Question Beginner! Need help and advice!!!

    I want to start my very first cycle to obtain a very muscular look for the summer. I want to take anadrol can anyone help me with a cylce??

    Sorry bout that. 22, 215 lbs, poor diet, bout a year of training... Looking to shed pounds and gain muscle.

    They are right diet is very important, i just did my first cycle and while my diet was clean i didn't eat nearly enough. It isn't easy consuming 5000 calories a day without eating junk. Not sure what happened but i had a huge appetite in the beginning and towards the middle it faded then came back the last 2 weeks. It was a test cycle with a d-bol kickstart so i'm sure the d-bol had something to do with the extra hunger in the beginning.
