6 weeks is fine on h-drol. I ran it myself when I was 46 yrs old. I ran it for 5 weeks at 75mg but most people run it for 6. Good luck bro.![]()
Hey guys, first post long time lurker. I'm an old fart, 48, been lifting for YEARS
I've been noticing that, well I'm getting oldAnyway I started to run a cycle of Hdrol about a year ago and had to bail 1 week in due to an injury (not lifting related) I was thinking of going again. I'm looking to lean out a bit and keep/gain some strength. I'm around the 18%bf, wouldn't mind hitting 15%.I'm 5'11 about 205lbs Here's what I'm thinking, let me know.
I'm preloading Hawthorn berries and CQ10 right now. I'll keep running it on cycle along with Milk Thistle.
H-Drol week 1 50mg
H-Drol week 2-4 75mg
H-Drol week 5 100mg
Should I do 6 weeks?

Testabolan V2
Hawthorn berries
Milk Thistle
I eat pretty clean, I'm going to keep my calories the same and aim for 200g protein, I also take fish oil and a multi.
I don't tolerate creatine for some reason, nasty cramps, really nasty.

looks good man I have run h-drol for 4 and 6 weeks I deffinitely got better gains at 6 weeks but more sides (high bp +back pumps) 2 things I think you should add is l-taurine 8g ed through out the cycle to keep back pumps away and I personally like to add scivation sesamin to any methyl cycle it has a lot of health benefits but mainly it helps detox the liver and kidneys plus it helps shed bodyfat without stimulants good luck
Wouldnt run anything untill you get your bodyfat down!
