I am currently on day two of taking anavar (about 15mg). I am adding this into my protocol after just feeling like I am not getting lean enough with diet/exercise alone.
I want to get my bodyfat to about 15%, what do I need to do training wise to hit this?
I am 5'8, about 150lbs, 18-19% bodyfat...
My diet is good, about 50% protein, 30% Carbs, 20% fat...
I'd like to add size to my shoulders and back, but need to lean out in the legs, hips, buns region...I am carrying some good muscle, don't want to get any bigger, EXCEPT in the areas I mentioned.
Suggestion? Planned on doing Anavar for about 12 weeks- staying at this dose- does that sound about right?
Also,
From what I have read, tell me if I am wrong, I should be on lower calories, limited carbs, lower my reps (to around 5-8), minimize cardio and keep the bodyparts broken up over the week, not doing more than 16 sets in a training session? Again, I am reading threads and cliff noting here...am I right / wrong?
Also, should I still be training the other body parts and how often / sets/rep range and how do I get my damn legs to lean out...they are very muscular, just carry the pooches around the lower butt/hamstring area and are thick! I would like them thinner and leaner...not so thick....
It's bikini season you guys (and girls) I have to get this done...I have to!
