First cycle. Need some opinions
Okay, here's some background. I'm 30 years old, and I just recently picked up 100 d-bol(10mg) and some sustaplex 325 both from AXIO labs. I've trained off an on through my 20s, usually six months or so at a clip, then I usually have something come up that keeps me out of a gym for a while... like house arrest for instance. When I do train, I maintain a very clean diet taking in a minimum of 1 gram of protein per lb of body wieght, and I try to keep my carb intakeat about half that. I'm only 5'8", 190lbs, so I've got a nice gut, but for whatever reason, I can put on muscle very quick. Usually within 2 months of training, people ask if I'm cycling. I only have about a month in at the gym now, but my gear should be here anyday. I ordered a months worth of stuff to get me started, but more will be ordered soon. I figured I could run 1cc of sustaplex every 3 days and my d-bol I could take maybe 15mg in the morning around 10am before my workout at 11am, then another 15 mg in the evening sometime to keep it balanced for the first 2 weeks, then the last 2 weeks of my d-bol take 20mg twice a day the same way. So, d-bol and sustaplex for 4 weeks, with novledex(for gyno) then straight sust for the remaining 8 weeks-followed with some clomid and HCG. I was gonna cycle last year, but decided to use clenbuterol, which was good, but I still wanted more gains. I was gonna go with some Test Ethanate this time, but I read so many good reviews on Axios sustaplex, that I couldn't resist. Has anyone went this route than can give me some advice, or anyone else think this is a good cycle for me? Any feedback on axio labs? Anything at all... this is all new to me, so I will listen to all feedback.

Your not going to like what I'm going to say, but you're not ready to cycle.
Let me put it to you this way, if you cannot maintain and control you weight off cycle you wont be able to do it on cycle. You will also lose ALOT of what gains you do make when you start PCT if you dont know how to adjust your training and diet accordlingly. It also seems like your bf% is pretty high which isnt a good thing when using any sort of AAS. My advice, hand around here for a few months - you will learn a shit ton about diet and nutrition. Drop the bf% down a bit and in maybe 4-6 months you could run the cycle, you will be much better prepared and will be FAR better results. |

my bodyfat is always high though. Thats one thing i do have a problem with... I can cut my carb intake down to nothing... I can starve myself. I only have a gut. I'm just short and stalky. My frame and bone structure is just wide... its almost like I was supposed to be bigger. My legs, arms, waist and everything else is lean. When I put months of training in, my gut doesn't really go away my body just gets bigger and it makes the little bit of gut that I do have seem like nothing. I may not be ready for a cycle, i'll give you that. But the bigger I get, the more into it i get(not that I can't have enough disipline to train seriously), I'm sure everyone can agree with that. When it comes to diet, sleep, and rest, and seeing it all through, I don't cheat at all. But, I am tired of not getting to where I wanna be. I train, and it might be a few weeks to a month before I get back to it... and by that time, I've shrunk so much that it gets easy to put off. I may still do this and it may be a waste of time and money, but thats life I guess. My journey. But I do take what you say seriously.... and I will be living on this forum and reading everything.

Your cycle looks decent, but your test dose is high. Might want to do .75cc every three days. HCG on cycle, not post.

drop Bodyfat! if your saying you have a gut then I bet your bodyfat is very high which makes using AAS a BIG no no.

I don't look lie homer simpson for christ sakes! Besides, don't alot of cycles help you drop fat? Winstrol is notorious for it. I read that deca and alot of tests are half as good with weight loss as winstrol. Besides, I'm gonna be doing a shitload of cardio. I am barely overweight with my frame, and I am very healthy now-with the weight i have. Why is that a big no-no? If I was 3 percent bodyfat and in top notch form, I wouldn't be looking to cycle.

You are very misinformed how steroids work. They do not burn fat! they increase anabolic rate which increases metabolism so taking in more calories is needed to take advantage of the high anabolic state. You need to figure out what you are trying to achieve before you start a cycle! Are you trying to add muscle mass or are you trying lean out??? Choose one or the other. The reason I said it was a no no to cycle when at a high bodyfat percentage is because side effects will be much more pronounced and gains will be minimised. Your best option is to prime your body, lean out till you get to a single digit BF% then up the calories and hit the gas. But you need to be consistant with training and diet year round and keep your bodyfat under check otherwise theres no point taking AAS. |
