Time on = time off!
Always Aspirate!
Massage your injection sites!
You have to eat more food!
NEVER EVER inject the same site more than 2 x week!
If youre under 21, dont even think about using gear!

time on depends on the compound orals max 4 weeks. time off around 4 months possibly more. Massage my wiener. I eat fine and have 2 meals at McDonalds a week while on AAS to get more calories. Inject in same place 2x a week i've done that before no biggie but prob not best idea. oh yeah
