There is a simple way to rectify this situation. You have one kid, fine you'll get welfare for the child, you have another and we deduct "x" amount from what your already receiving. Have a third and we'll deduct even more from the first figure you were receiving.

yes, and the ones that do are not very bright at all. 50% of unwed single mothers receive $0 a month in child support, a very poor plan.
