
I know for bulking it's about 500mg weekly, so I'm just wondering what's the lowest minimum a testosterone can be used for health and and wellness purposes. I'm guessing 25-50mg weekly? Is that still a bit too high?

Unless you've been diagnosed with low T, adding a small amount will likely yield no health nor wellness benefits. "Why", you ask. Because your body will just see the amount you add as unneeded excess and produce less on its own. That's why doses less that 200-250 mg per week in individuals with normal T levels has little anabolic effect. They're simply replacing their natural production with what they've introduced.
Contrary to what you'll see on these boards, TRT is not always dosed as high as 200-250 mg per week. Many people achieve normal T levels at considerably less that 100 mg. I'm currenlty prescribed 50 mg Test C. per week, and that keeps me mid range. Prior to switching to an injectable, I was prescribed Androgel (5 g packets daily) whichresults in about 35 mg of T per week, and that also kept me mid range.
If your question is about TRT then the amounts you're talking about may be appropriate. Only time and blood tests will tell for sure.

But the higher dose (any dose for that matter) is technically "excess" since it's not naturally produced by the body. How did you determine what amount is unneeded and what amount is needed? Is there science to this or just what you heard in the gym?

does it really matter what u determine is abuse? its illegal without a prescription! and seriously, if ur going to pin 50-100mg a week because u think its not abuse ur just wasting time. thats still in the normal range and ur natural production will shut down so ur just wasting money on gear to be in the normal range when there was nothing wrong with u in the first place. 500mg/wk to get a worthwhile gain or get the fuck out and go home

These, unless you've been diagnosed with low testosterone, or you intend to cycle for the rest of your days on earth there's no reason to get on HRT/cruise. Taking less than 200-250mg IMO would be pointless even for those purposes, some people may need less to be in "normal range" (only blood tests can determine this) but who the fuck wants to be in normal range? I see no reason not to be off the end of the scale lol.
Unless you're comfortable with the idea and understand the repercussions of the decision then cycle and pct every time. Once you start staying on for extended periods you're running the risk of never having normal test production again

200-250 for TRT is pretty high imho, way more than the avarage production.

200-250 dose for TRT is high, im a TRT patient and my natty T was 195ng/dl , when i used 200mg per week my levels went to 1300ng/dl.
i now use about 100-125 mg per week to keep me @ 800-950 ng/dl and i split my dose,
