    What's your favorite pre-workout steroid?

    What steroid based pre-workout gear do you take, if any?

    I'm reading about Methyltestosterone. I read it's pretty good as a pre-workout steroid at light doses (10mg), provides strength and aggression, comparable to Halotestin. Has anyone here ever used either? Just curious about it. I plan on using 50mg of Anavar as my pre-workout gear, is this a good idea? Has anyone tried it as a pre-workout gear? Not sure if it works well for aggression, but I think for strength it does wonders.

    10 mgs? no. Try 25-50 mgs.

    Ive used both mt and halo. I can tell you that halo makes you a lot stronger while mt doesnt. mt makes me aggressive/energetic but not much stronger. and it leaves me with headaches, while halo doesnt. plus mt made my nips itch.

    Halo is much better in comparison. I could feel almost stimulant-like properties with it. If you use it consistently and not just as a pre-workout, you'll notice your physique becoming much harder. 30-40 mgs @ 220 lbs did it for me.

    Halo is on its own planet imo. I take 25 mg a day before i train and it has changed the way i workout. I dont even count reps as i blow passed my expectations concistantly.

    what's your post-workout gear if any?

    you ever bought into the gimmicky N.O. Xplode? I tried those bodybuilding.com type of products, it works (it's jacked up caffeine!), but haven't tried how the real stuff will work for me (Halo, MT, etc.).
