    beta -al is some potent shit. Do not I repeat DO NOT stack it with CREAKIC or you may grow so rapidly you'll burst out of your skin and sprout wings. I've found for the most pronounced placebo effect one should either put caffeine in all of their supps, or fill it with something that makes you 'feel it' like the b.s. tingling of beta alanine. This was in my diary the day it was stolen by a muscletech henchman.
