KOS Challenge!!!!!!

KOS CHALLENGE:

Starting at 12:01AM, you will not post on ironmag forums for 2 WHOLE DAYS. Your fat fucking ass will get off the computer, do some fucking cardio and start a correct diet.

All in all this diet will:
1.) Help you stop being such a troll.
2.) Get you possibly get a friend or two.
3.) Loose about 100lbs of fat, bringing you to a rough 30% bdft.
4.) Possibly do some research and learn how to diet and train correctly.
5.) Buy a gym membership and stop lifting in your bedroom like a closet homo.
...the list goes on.

If you accept this challenge, I will do NOTHING. This is for you kid. Watch, you are such a loser, you will NEED to post in this thread to lash back and help raise your miniscule self esteem. Get a life and get off the computer, your hoe will appreciate it.
