This ^^^.... this board got me threw probably one of the roughest times in my life, many days I was in the dumps and came on and laughed my ass off, we have alot of demented people on AG kinda makes me feel normal... If it wasnt for this board and people like you Heavy Id would have got myself in trouble using gears, but thanks to everybody I never looked or felt better in 20 years ! Id be lost wo this board and some of the friends I made.. besides Azza !

The members are the glue that holds a board or forums together, but Prince has an incredibly smooth running platform here. I love the clean uncluttered layout, ease of navigation, embedding YouTubes by simply dropping a link into the text box, and the different options or bells and whistles like the Like button and the rep/neg system.

Again, people make the board but the board's features can really attract or repel those people. What keeps me coming back to IMF? A very cool cyber muscle world populated by some very smart, funny, and interesting members.

Raws n More originally brought me here, but after that didn't work out, IMF has some pretty cool dudes. The e-feuds are a plus, too.

I've been a member here for a long time now, and even though I have strayed from training many times for various life issues, I keep coming back here for the wealth of information, motivation, and feeling of acceptance. There is also a lot of comic relief.
