1991 bio claims Obama born in Kenya, raised in Indonesia

It?s depressing watching Team Obama flailing around for a good distraction from his appalling record in office, while Mitt Romney climbs steadily in the polls. The intrepid researchers at Breitbart.com are here to help! They dug up this little artifact:

That's from a promotional booklet published in 1991 by Acton & Dystel, which was Obama's literary agency at the time. Also listed in the booklet, but not identified as hailing from Kenya, were former Speaker of the House Tip O?Neill, Ralph Nader, and the New Kids On the Block.

It?s 2012 now, and a lot has happened. The New Kids on the Block broke up, Donald Trump finally persuaded Barack Obama to cough up his birth certificate, and the American workforce has grown much smaller. We may still gaze two decades into the past and wonder how on Earth the future President?s literary agent got the idea he was born in Kenya.

The Breitbart editors offer a very detailed look at the provenance of the bio, and stress that their discovery is evidence not of the President?s foreign origin, but that Barack Obama's public persona has perhaps been presented differently at different times.

They didn't really have to qualify that statement with "perhaps," since they have hard evidence to settle the matter. The only real question is whether the author of the bio somehow got the idea Obama was born in Kenya on his own, relied upon secondhand information? or got it from Obama himself, at a time when he found it useful to present himself as a "man of the world" instead of a native-born American.

This isn"t really a surprising development, since we"ve recently discovered the Obama narrative is filled with "composite" characters, including"The New York Girlfriend,""Julia," and "Barack Obama." Also, we know how much Obama loves to edit biographies!

At any rate, combined with Joe Biden's increasingly erratic behavior his staffers are actually pulling reporters away from him, lest he say something else colossally damaging to the Administration it's clearly time for the President to refurbish his ticket. Luckily, another person noted for her creativity with biographical information is very much in the news these days.
Barack Obama / Elizabeth Warren 2012! It's a real "dream ticket," in so many different ways.

Update: This story just keeps getting weirder- an update from Breitbart.com shows that Obama let that "born in Kenya" biography go unchallenged for SIXTEEN YEARS. The agency finally changed it in 2007, two months after he declared his presidential campaingn, to read "he was born in Hawaii to an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister." His father, incidentally, was not a "Kenyan finance minister," but rather an economist working for the ministry.

To further cloud the uncertainty around this guy, I just find it astounding that 4 years into his presidency, the American people barely know anything about this guy. Shady stuff going on with his birth certificate. (have you ever seen a 50 year old birth certificate that didn't have one wrinkle in it and was as crisp as a new dollar bill?) And, as much as I think he dillutes the political process, just take a look at Trump's new offer from this morning; 5 million dollars to ANY charity of the President's choice to make one phone call and release his college records/transcripts. I'll bet my IMF membership he doesn't release 'em.

Anyhow, back to the original post, it just further solidifies the 'mystery' around Hussein. He needs to go in 2 weeks or this country is finished. Finished.

Another compelling piece of evidence that indicates BHO is not who people think he is. Time after time, he dodges bullet after bullet and the "bamafans" seem to be no wiser now than in 2008. <shakes head in laughing disbelief>
Hypothetical, If this were about Romney being born in Mexico it would get nonstop play 24/7 on ABC, CNN and every other talking head media source, "hope and change"? it won't be much longer before people are truly "hoping for change" if he wins again...

Trump on Wednesday offered to make a $5 million contribution to Obama's charity of choice if Obama releases his college and passport records.

(In the past, Trump had questioned whether Obama's birth certificate issued by the state of Hawaii is legitimate. The White House released the long-form copy of Obama's birth certificate last year.)

Obama told Leno the beef dates back to when he and Trump were growing up in Kenya.

"We had constant run-ins on the soccer field," Obama joked. "He wasn't very good and resented it. When we finally moved to America I thought it would be over."

I am no fan of Obama. I did not vote for him in 2008 (I vote Libertarian) and I will be voting for Gary Johnson for 2012.

But....if Obama was not born in the US, I think the GOP and Clinton machine would have found it out by now.

I am glad Obama won in 2008. I never had much expectation for him, but he's been a disappointment.

It's not uncommon that people in order to get certain benefits of the United States would put out those announcements.

He would be a US citizen because his Mother was. Giving him all benefits no matter where he was born. Do you know how United States citizenship works?

The question of location is only relevant to the "Natural Born" requirement to be President. Barack's parents could not have known at the time of his birth that this would be an issue.

Not sure what your point is here. Obama has jokes maybe? because he hasnt offered up the documents, which any legitimate president would be more than happy to.
