My brother in law was 280ish before he cut for his comp. he stepped on stage at 230 or so and he's 23. Fucking polack has good genes. Not saying he was natural tho lol

Clearly drugs are involved... But genetics here are also significant. Give me ten grams of gym junk and 20 iu hgh and 50 iu of slin and I still wouldn't look that good.
