    Mcdonald's beat down

    " The cashier, who police said had previously served a decade for manslaughter, beat the women so badly that one suffered a fractured skull and broken arm in the shocking attack, which was captured on a customer's cell phone and then posted to YouTube.

    Police have charged the cashier, identified as Rayon McIntosh, 31, with felony assault, along with criminal possession of a weapon. Both women were charged with menacing, trespass and disorderly conduct. McIntosh is being held at the Manhattan Detention Complex on $40,000 bail, according to the Department of Correction website. "

    That's old news, however I'm curious what happened to that nigger because if I were on the jury, I'd let him off on grounds of self defense.

    The bitch swung on him AND jumped the counter all while he retreated 20' around the corner. He's allowed to stand his ground and defend himself.

    Yeah but you could argue he was jacked up on adrenaline while standing his ground against two attackers and he started beating the one down again once she tried to get back up.

    Truth be known, he probably excessively beat the bitch back down due to the thug/prison nigger instincts in him, but he was the victim here and juries are going to give him a lot of latitude.
