I plan to up my cardio to 60 mins everyday, I am just weining my way into it... prob on week 2 bump up to 50ish then week 3 60mins erryday

I would post the weight and reps but it wouldnt be worth it. My right hand is broken from new years trying to punch through a window to get to a guy who pushed my wife down at a party. So the hand really effected my weight.

I guess going high rep low weight is good for cutting anyway or is that just for girls......meh

Legs day...

I got through

Squats
Calves

then my phone blew up with clients. I stood outside the gym trying to resolve issues over the phone so I could finish my workout, then I realized I wouldnt be able to fix these without going to the office PHUCK!!!!!

Day 2 was a bust. looking forward to tomorrow!

So I did 30 mins of Cardio today.

I have been buisy as phuck yesterday and today cleaning up my life.

I got a message from a Detective from my county asking me to call him back yesterday.

I instantly went into clean up mode. I don't exactly live a "squeeky clean" life and have way too much shit going on in every corner of my life. I still have a few loose things I need to tighten up but for now I feel confident.

I will not be giving this prick a call back nor will I be answering my phone for awhile.

i got a call from a detective, dodged his ass for a week... He sent the uniforms to my house at 3am. Just to deliver a note to call him.
i recommend calling him, if it was about you he wouldn't be calling.

I don't know wtf he could want from me. I have never made any reports or waited for police to arrive whenever something "happens" when I have been around.

I checked and I have no warrants.... even if he wanted to talk about something I might have been around he can go fuck himself.

Even when I have been detained or when I got busted and sent down the river for a few years I didnt say a word to those phucks. Not gonna start by calling some fucktard back.
