I can't really offer too much in the way of stats. Because I can get really stupid and fixated on things I decided to not wiegh myself after I started my calorie deficit May 3rd 2012. I wanted the miror and how I felt to be my gauge. I started off at 230 lbs of which I have no pics because I was too disgusted with myself to go shirtless, this is a regret because they would have made for great before and after 1 year transformation pics, told myself that I would not weigh myself for 1 full year. Based on prior history I can only estimate that I am running about 185 lbs right now.

What cycle pics body fat estimated height and weight should be ok I'd think. Also goals training and diet
