    Meal #1

    1 pound of burger (90/10)
    2 Eggs (over easy)
    Half an onion
    1 Large tomato
    Half cup of rice
    2 cups milk

    Meal #2

    5 Eggs (over easy)
    Half cup of rice
    4 Cups milk

    Meal #3

    1 Banana
    1/2 cup of blueberries
    2 eggs (raw)
    1 cup Carrots
    2 cups spinach
    2 Tbs. Peanut Butter
    2 cups milk

    Meal #4

    Taco Bell ?

    i was a baby once, doubled my weight very quickly, made good progress, couldnt walk when i was born and trained myself to do it in 14 months?.

    i did a dirty a bulk a few years ago, went from 73.5kg to 94.5kg in 4 months, best training i have ever done?.
