i gained some fat, but most was muscle, i have had to say this many time, but the scales dont lie, i was around 83kg and with my job, no training and walking 15-20k?s a day i was down to around 75 kg, i got sick with the flu and was 73.5kg when i started training again, with my shift work, i was able to get 6 meals a day in. So i went back past my 83kg, started using PH/DS and pushed past 90kg, i started in June and by October i was 94.5kg. I was doing 5x5 training back then for those months.
