Entered a transformation challenge on another board recently. Chewbacca pic is from Sunday and the yellow background was taken at Gold's a day or two earlier (forgot the GD newspaper and had to take my pics over).



When did I develop man boobs?

Got three full body workouts under my belt and then promptly FELL VICTIM TO acute bronchitis.

I may look worse after this challenge than before.

I have found a combination of sudafed, alkaselzer cold and cough and mucinex works on everything.

Everyone I know has been sick at least once in the last 2 months. Influenza and colds. I have had both =(

My son has a 102 temp at the moment. I hate flu season.

I had the flu shot and still got this strain. It absolutely wrecked me for like 4 days then I got better so no worries on anymore flu. Now I'm on the tail end of the cold. LOL! Should be bullet proof after this....

I don't want to get myself all pumped up here. But something to note... there increase had been a steady increase of individuals getting the flu shot. Almost directly proportional to the percentage of the population affected by the flu...this flu shot thing is the biggest crock of shit...who benefits from a high flu rate and widespread concern that the flu may get them... Oh btw did you know "they" now have a shot you can get after to get the flu to assist in curing it.

Yeah, I have heard all the conspiracies about the government serum. They got the strain wrong this year that's all.

lol flu shots are load of bs..most of the time they are created for the wrong type of flu to start with..ph companies trying to ''guess'' by watching bird droppings 6 moths prior what type of flu virus will hit and most of the times they get it wrong..not to mention that it damages your immune system big time..simple things like supplementing vitamin D will do the trick..1000iu per 25lbs of weight..but better check your vitamin D levels with test and dose accordingly..thank me later
