Longworth no changes - lucky he is lean n jerked to begin with.

KOS - no extra effort whatsoever. I said extra, so don't whine about your slow and steady bullshit.

Ontopofthegame - called everyone out to start this comp off! Failure to Azza-proportions!!

Justhave2p - could be a contender. Has to beat custom on a side bet.

Azza - no surprises, a continued 40 year run of failure and excuses.

Saney- pizza eating, suspect he might be actually dieting.

4 weeks to go - your reputation and honor are at stake!

the judges won't be giving out prizes unless we see some real results.

And those who fail utterly will have the tag of : Azza Award for Participation
