The thing about bf% is its a ratio. 2 guys weighing the same with similar physiques may have a difference of several pct points in bf. Bone structure, water content and other factors come into the way someone appears in a pic. I agree with Kos in that almost no one walks around for any time sub 10% its too uncomfortable. The truth is if you have more muscle than some one else of comparable size you usu have a lower bf. Its just math. This is why people say you can gain appreciable amounts of muscle while simultaneously dropping fat. Doest usu happen but gaining muscle while keeping your actual amount of fat the same can happen lowering your bf% my 2 cent.

Pic was pre injury but I walk around with about that amount of body fat give or take a few when I eat whatever the hell i feel like its more like 12-14 which is definitely more comfortable
