I was homeless for a long time.
I used to eat out of a Wendy's dumpster... which is how I met my wife.
I cheated on her cuz i'm such a mack (Big Mac maybe)
I got a bunch of tattoos from the blind tattoo school down the street... and never have worked my rear delts as log as I was able to lift a weight.
But none of this stops me from thinking calling myself an alpha male makes me one.
Here is todays progress... shoulders... nothing too big... did machine laterals, highlight was 275 for 5-6 reps... using all tricep and fat-lats
