Cops are humans, obviously the cop lost his composure and went into a power trip. Make him see his mistake and pay the fine out of his pocket, more cops will see this and will stop losing their composure.

I have had more than one run in with police that were a little amped to say the least. I know they have to deal with a lot of shit but that goes with the job and should be able to refrain from taising a guy for speeding. Whats he going to do to a drunk put a bullet in him?

Cops have it bad ,no doubt... year in year out,cops get killed doing 'roadside stops'.... I get nervous knocking on a neighbors front door let alone walking up on a car on the highway..... you'd have to be a fool not to be respectful to a cop & co-operate in this situation.....& nobody has 'Rights' in a confrontation....
