Anyone here a member of Anabolic Minds?

Reason for this thread is i was contacting some supplement company owners who post on Anabolic Minds forum. I pm'ed some owners and in my post asking for supp samples for my Supplement Review thread over here i posted up a link to The Iron Dongeon. Apparently this is against there rules there and i have been banned for this. Problem is i cant email anyone there as i cant log on. If anyone here can help please PM me and i can maybe get someone to pass on some info to a moderator there and get this sorted. I have been a member there since early 07 with no probs.

Seems no one over at either NutraPlanet or Anabolic Minds wants to help my situation. Bit harsh when one person can ban you and you cant even log on to the site. Not even a email from them. I dont need to be a member of the forum its just i had sent out over 10 letters to the supp company owners and they cant reply to me threw PM. Makes me look like stupid. Would like this resolved. Probably need more members to on my behalf send PM's to Cosmo Kramer he is the board moderator there. Dan has already sent a PM for me. AM has given in to the supplement companys. While boards need to be sponsored it can ruin a good forum.
The amount of people posting there only benefits the supplement companys. I wonder how many dummy posts are happening over there. I have at times enjoyed some threads at AM with Thundergods mad methyl meltdown my fave. It was classic. This forum though has grown and become better, lots of good guys on board, lots of great info. A few homos thrown in LOL.

I'M BACK

Hey guys, been a bit quite on the training and supplement front for me. The rolled ankles have put a end to gym for a couple of months. A small amount of recreational tennis is about all i could i muster.

I am returning to training once my new equipment arrives. New!!! Yes i am setting up a home gym and have been procrastinating over what to choose as i have limited space. I researched adjustable dumbells and tossed up whether to buy PowerBlocks or, something cheap and nasty. New ones called Titans i liked the look of but are very dear. I chose Ironmasters, they have a quick release setup and are expandable up to 160lb each. I also brought the Super Bench by Ironmaster which has many variable incline and decline inclements. The d/b's are 35 kg each.
So i will be doing d/bell only workouts until i get more coin and will buy a powertec setup. I will review the d/bs when they arrive before the weekend and update my training log.
