No, because nobody gives a shit about body building other than a small segment of teen and twenty something males. Even fucking bowling is on TV every Sunday. I have nothing against BB, I'm just saying only a small fraction of the population cares about it one way or another.

Popularity is irrelevant. It is probably the only sport that requires illegal or restricted drugs!

Some arsehole politician will pull the 'youth at risk' card and there will be a crackdown.

in my opinion,theres a huge reason why the general public dosent care about bodybuilding. its a sport where taking drugs is allowed.. why cant the sport be like the name the sport is? "bodybuilding".. you got small arms, do exercises to develope them. just like arnold said in pumping iron. its like a sculpture. he works with clay, you work on your body. trouble is when the exercise alone wont give you the perfect look, the compititors turn to drugs for the edge.. even arnold. he did the drugs along with lifting to get his look. lifting alone wasnt giving him the look he wanted.. lift arnold.. lift hard and see how far you can go.. dont turn to drugs for help.. "bodybuild".. i imagine this is why the general public dosent care about bodybuilding..
