I've been on hrt for 3 months. 400mgs cypionate every 2 weeks. about 10 weeks ago I started mixing in 500mgs sustanon, 250 and 250 in the odd weeks. I've gone from a flabby 185 to a pretty ripped up 175. Lost about 3 inches on my waist and good strength gains. Added inches to my arms and chest. Working out 5 days a week with a good diet. Still lost wieght though and not putting anymore on. I'm 31 and 5'9". Also, I now have a few extra prescriptions for cypionate. Are these gains typical? Should I switch to the cypionate only? How much longer can I cycle? Haven't had any sides. Advice please. And no, my doc is not gonna check my levels any time soon. Thanks.

400 cyp every 2 weeks??? You should break that down to 200 every week. Then it wouldn't be such a roller coaster.

that would be nice but my Dr. won't do it. I have to go into the office for the injection. Hence, the sus. Can anyone give me advice on the questions I asked? Thanks.

I think 50mg of cyp on mon and thu of the off weeks would help even things out but you're on such a high dose(for hrt) on the other weeks that if your doc pulls blood on you you'll be thru the roof.Maybe Heavy Iron,Pirate or Victor will weigh in as they have the most insight into cycling through hrt.

I don't understand. If a normal cycle is 400mgs cypionate every week, then why would I switch to 400-100???

Your doctor won't let you pin yourself?

Why not - my husband is on HRT and he pins himself - twice a week, nice and stable.

just looking for someone to answer my original questions. Should I switch to 400 mgs cypionate a week? Have I been on cycle too long? How long can I cycle then return to hrt? Are these results normal for sust???

End the cycle. 10wks is long enough you're not going to see any more gains now by switching to 400mgs of cyp instead of 500 mg of sus this late in a cycle.Stay on hrt, but I think you should ask your doctor if he will make that a weekly 200mgs instead. Your levels would be more stable that way.

100 out of 100 there are not going to test for anabolics in your system sugar. What do you do for a living?

Take some time off cycle and fix your maintenance dose. 400 mg every other week is a BAD plan. Find a doctor that will prescribe it for you to inject. Your doctor just wants the steady copay. If he was paying attention to your needs, he wouldn't have you on that schedule AND not do labs.

Built, what dose does your husband take?

Hubby takes 150mg a week, pinned at 75mg twice a week. He just got tested and his levels were a bit higher than normal - I fear the doc may try to get him to reduce it but I really hope he's allowed to stay at that dose. He's seen profound gains in the six months he's been on. My conservative guess, based on what I know and what I've seen, and on his weight before and after going on, is that my 43 year old husband has gained 15 lbs of lean mass in that time. He's leaner now at just under 195lbs than he was at 175 lbs - and his chest and traps have really come up - as well as his hams and ass.

He finally has an ass! No more "Hank Hill" syndrome!

<so happy!>
