I went to the doctor on Thursday my 3 month visit. He said I have an issue with my cholesterol the good was at 26 and the bad was at 42. My triglycerides up a little from normal,he wants the bad cholesterol to be brought up. Any suggestions how to do this it has always been low for at least 12 years now.
