hey everybody! well I decided to join a forum because magazines dont talk back haha. I've been weight training for about 4 months after I lost a boxing match to someone that was way shorter and way heavier. so far I've gained about 25 lbs. from roughly 135 to 160 now. the most I have ever weighed before this is 150 and that was on a good day soaken wet ha so as you can imagine I'm super excited about my gains. I'm 21 about to be 22 and I sure dont plan on stopping lifting. any advice or tips or anything would be a great help and very much appreciated!
