Ronny Rockel 10 weeks out

hes to small at week ten by olympia hell be smaller but more cut he wont crack the top 15 . theres way to many bbers bigger than him. but hes in great shape but to small imho.

In my workout today I'm going to do barbell rows with an ez bar like rockel. It looks like he was getting a good squeeze at the top.
