Hi - pauly from uk here. Late 40s and a very heavy lifter in my early 20 s. Last year or so been trying to get back to a decent standard.
Focusing on volume training on a three day cycle. It's painful but boy is it working. Keeping supplements to a minimum and trying to eat right. After all, this is all about getting into shape outside and inside.
Basic stats? 5 10, 210 pounds, 48 chest and 17.25 arms and about 14% body fat (could do better on that one but really hate cardio). Just trying to see how much further I can push this on really.
My wife thinks I'm completely mad and my friends think I'm a bit obsessed....
