What's up everyone,

I am new to the site, and have come here for, well...info (among other things, LOL). I am 43 years old, 6'3", 325 lbs at 19% BF. I am an ex-NFL practice-squad tight end but only played basketball in high school (All-City) and college (Div. III All-American). Kind of an early version of Antonio Gates, if you will. I'm happy to be here and look forward to knowledge and fellowship. Thank you.
