I rely on stirfrys a lot as it's full of vegies,meat and rice (brown).
For years I've wondered how the asian cooks managed to get their beef so chewy and tender but now I know.
For 1 serving of beef post workout (220g)-
Blend 1 eggwhite with half a tsp of baking soda, tip over the beef and shake it up in a small container then marinate overnight.
It makes for an awesome stirfry the next day.
I have no girlfriend so I'm forced to do all this shit myself.
