Yesterday I was doing the clean and press. I was using 115 pounds for reps and on my second set I threw my back out!! Ouch! Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any good links to info. on how to do power cleans correctly, or if anyone had any good tips. I thought I was using good form but apparently I was doing something wrong. Also, what about lifiting belts? I never use them unless I am going strictly HEAVY. What do you think?
