My name is John and I am a 34 y/o husband and father of 4. I work as an RN and volunteer as a paramedic. I've been bodybuilding for about 7 years now (non-competitive) and am currently finishing my best cut ever. I have a lot of experience with training and supplements so if there is anything I can help any newbies out with please feel free to ask. Just looking to network and hopefully find some people near me who are into the game as much as I am. I love training and truly live the bodybuilding lifestyle.
