New to Iron Mag, Not to bodybuilding..

I've been training off and on since 1980. Mostly off. I have about 10yrs experience in the gym. I've always loved bodybuilding and I've been going non stop for the last 4yrs. I'm a certified personal trainer. About to complete my 2nd cert (ISSA). I'm also a husband and a father to a beautiful 9 month old baby girl. I'm very grateful for all I have and Life has never been better.
Anyway, I hope to be able to give and receive some useful info here on training, diet and supplements.
